I’m Jess, founder of FormWise Solutions.

I started my career by completing a Bachelor of Information Technology at Monash University in 2014. My subsequent roles included Freedom of Information Delegate at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Board Officer - Nursing and Midwifery at the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).

My work experience has provided me a foundation of strong communication skills and a proven ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. I am experienced in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to privacy and compliance requirements. I strive to deliver high-quality service in professional environments.
